Newport Corporation Facility Tour

The Optical Society of San Diego and the Optical Society of Southern California are pleased to present a tour of Newport Corporation's Fiber Optic Division facility in Santa Ana. Newport will treat us to a pizza dinner, followed by a brief orientation, and then the tour.

TOUR: The tour of the Fiber Optic Division facility will include product demonstrations in photonics test equipment and related instrumentation, package engineering, and photonics packaging equipment. In addition, we will also see equipment and demonstrations from the optics, mechanics, vibration control, and precision motion control product lines. Application engineers will be present to answer questions and provide an opportunity to learn and discuss current and future applications for all of Newport's products.
